What is the application of GN solids control and GN separation?

As known by most of the oil & gas industry related companies that GN solids control is a manufacturer of oil & gas drilling solids control and drilling waste management equipments in China, they also have sister company GN separation and GN solids America. Basically speaking, GN main application is separation, including solids liquid separation, solids liquid liquid separation, liquid liquid separation. The applications including:

  1. In oil & gas industry, GN solids produce complete line solids control equipments and system, drilling waste treatment equipments and system, oil sludge treatment equipments and system. Such as drilling fluids shale shaker, desander, desilter, mud cleaner, vacuum degasser, centrifugal degasser, drilling fluids decanter centrifuge, mud gas separator, shaker screens, high G drying shaker, drilling waste decanter centrifuge, vertical cuttings dryer, screw conveyor, mud tank, mud agitator, mud gun, mixing hopper, mixing pump, etc. We can also produce replacement shaker screens and parts for your existing equipments.

One batch of transfer pump shipped to drilling company

Recently one batch of transfer pump are ready for shipment to a drilling company in Central Asia. The centrifugal pumps can be widely used as transfer pump, charging pump, mixing pump, trip pump, water pump for drilling fluids treatment system. GN produced centrifugal pump is interchangeable with world famous brand centrifugal pump, and we can produce replacement parts for other brand centrifugal pump.
GN centrifugal pump has the features as below:

  1. Pump casing and pump impeller are made of hard ductile iron alloy, to increase abrasion resistant capability and extend the working life.
  2. Wide open vane impeller creates lower axial thrust for improved bearing working life.
  3. All the bearings from top brand for reliable operation.
  4. The centrifugal pump skid is made from casting instead of welding to provide reliable operation and less vibration in a result to extend the pump and motor life.
  5. Mechanical seal to provide better leakage performance and longer service life.
    The working principal of centrifugal pump is that the impeller is drived to the periphery by the inertia effect of centrifugal force from the impeller center and gets rotated energy. The working fluids flows around the impeller and get increased static pressure, the fluids pass the impeller and get into the pump casing and the fluid slow down, as a result, the drilling fluids with a high pressure discharged from the outlet and get into the exhaust pipe.
    The centrifugal pump can be installed in a system or separately on the skid for flexible application. If centrifugal pump is not appliable , we also have submersible slurry pump ( vertically installed to save space), sludge vacuum pump( can transfer high content solids sludge, especially for long distant transfer) , screw pump for your option, For more information, pls contact with GN solids control.
