{"id":1008,"date":"2018-06-15T12:39:57","date_gmt":"2018-06-15T12:39:57","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/desanderdesilter.com\/?p=1008"},"modified":"2018-06-15T12:39:57","modified_gmt":"2018-06-15T12:39:57","slug":"1000gpm-mud-recycling-system-for-trenchless-project-in-india","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/desanderdesilter.com\/index.php\/2018\/06\/15\/1000gpm-mud-recycling-system-for-trenchless-project-in-india\/","title":{"rendered":"1000gpm mud recycling system for trenchless project in India"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>This week GN solids control shipped one set of 1000gpm <a href=\"http:\/\/www.gnsolidscontrol.com\/hdd-equipment\">mud recycling system<\/a> for trenchless project in India, this is for our old client who ever bought our 500gpm HDD mud recycling system several years ago and he is satisfied with the performance and working life of our mud system, so this year for their new HDD machine, they decided to use GN brand mud recycling system again.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/desanderdesilter.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/06\/2018.06.13-Mud-Recycling-System.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" wp-image-1010\" src=\"http:\/\/desanderdesilter.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/06\/2018.06.13-Mud-Recycling-System.jpg\" alt=\"cof\" width=\"530\" height=\"338\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>The technical configuration is as below:<br \/>\n1)\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a02 units of double deck <a href=\"http:\/\/www.gnsolidscontrol.com\/shale-shaker\">shale shaker<\/a> GNZS706F for coarse solids separation<br \/>\n2)\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0GNZS703F-2S <a href=\"http:\/\/www.gnsolidscontrol.com\/desander\">desander<\/a> with 2 ea of 10 inch desander cone, the separation cut point is 75 microns.<br \/>\n3)\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0GNZS703F-12N desilter with 12 ea of 4 inch desilter cone, the separation cut point is 25 microns,\u00a0 this is a three phase cleaning mud recycling system, especially for big trenchless project, the 3 phase cleaning system can clean and recycle the drilling fluids better than 2 phase cleaning system, even though the 2 phase cleaning system with cheaper price, compact design, but the 3 phase cleaning system is with higher price, better performance.
