5-stage Configuration for CBM Drilling Mud Treatment<\/h2>\n

This complete system adopts a five-stage solids removal sequence. The first phase is shale shaker<\/a> for primary coarse cuttings separation. The subsequent hydrocyclone units remove medium-sized solids, followed by a vacuum degasser to eliminate gas entrained inside the drilling mud, which is critical for CBM applications with frequent gas influx. The final stage uses decanter centrifuge to strip ultra-fine solids, to keep the mud within target parameters for continuous drilling.<\/p>\n

All mud tanks, pipelines and supporting skids are fabricated according to international drilling standards. The modular skid-mounted design allows fast site assembly and disassembly, suitable for frequent rig movement in remote CBM drilling sites across India.
