The GNLW453D-VFD decanter centrifuge features variable frequency drive design, allowing operators to adjust rotating speed and differential speed flexibly according to varying mud density and solid particle size. The large bowl structure improves processing capacity and separation efficiency, which is critical for stable long-running operations. Each centrifuge is pre-assembled with its own support skid, reducing on-site installation workload and shortening commissioning time for the end client.<\/p>\n

The 5 sets GNCD930G cuttings dryer systems work in tandem with the decanter centrifuge to further reduce liquid content of discharged drill cuttings. Matching slurry pumps deliver untreated mud and cuttings into separation units, while screw conveyors transfer separated solids between processing stages steadily. All auxiliary equipment is selected and matched as a complete set to ensure coordination of the whole treatment circuit.<\/p>\n
