GN Solids Control\u2019s\u00a0 GNLW764A-inch (760\u202fmm) decanter centrifuge<\/a><\/strong> has completed full assembly, water running test and factory acceptance inspection, and is fully prepared for shipment to a large\u2011scale overseas mining project. As GN\u2019s largest\u2011capacity T\u2011series dewatering decanter centrifuge, this model is purpose\u2011built for high\u2011throughput solid\u2011liquid separation for mining tailings, quarry slurry, TBM tunnel mud, dredging slurry and industrial wastewater treatment.<\/p>\n

Per official product specifications, the GNLW764A<\/a> features a 760\u202fmm bowl diameter and 3160\u202fmm bowl length<\/strong>, with length\u2011diameter ratio of 4.2:1. Under 20\u202f% feed solid content, its designed throughput reaches 120\u202fm\u00b3\/h (528\u202fGPM)<\/strong>. It delivers max G\u2011force up to 2900\u202fG, typical working G\u2011force 0\u20112060\u202fG, and can capture fine particles down to 2\u20115\u202f\u03bcm. The differential speed ranges 5\u201128\u202fRPM, supported by heavy\u2011duty gearbox with 25000\u202fN\u00b7m torque. Main motor options cover 110\u202f\/\u202f132\u202f\/\u202f160\u202fkW and back\u2011drive motor 22\u201190\u202fkW for flexible site configuration.<\/p>\n

The bowl and screw conveyor adopt duplex stainless steel for anti\u2011corrosion performance. Critical wear\u2011prone zones including slurry distribution ports, solid discharge outlets and screw blades are protected with tungsten carbide hard overlay, resisting continuous abrasion from hard mineral particles and greatly extending service life for abrasive mining conditions. Different from ordinary industrial centrifuges, GN performs high\u2011speed dynamic balancing for bowl and screw under actual working rotating speed. All core components are precisely machined on GN\u2019s in\u2011house high\u2011end CNC lathes and gantry milling machines, guaranteeing stable round\u2011the\u2011clock continuous operation and lowering unplanned downtime. Equipped with full VFD\u2011PLC\u2011HMI control system, operators can independently adjust bowl speed and differential speed. The system supports real\u2011time monitoring for vibration and temperature to adapt variable feed slurry properties, balancing solid cake dryness and clarified liquid quality.<\/p>\n

After separation, discharged solid cake can achieve around 30\u202f% moisture content. Clarified water can be recycled onsite for production, cutting freshwater consumption, sludge transportation cost and helping mine operators comply with strict local environmental regulations for tailings storage and wastewater discharge.<\/p>\n
