This is a 500gpm <a href=\"http:\/\/www.gnsolidscontrol.com\/hdd-equipment\">mud recycling system <\/a>with 1 unit of shale shaker, 1 unit of mud cleaner and 1 unit of middle speed decanter centrifuge. CBM mud recycling system is different with <a href=\"http:\/\/www.gnsolidsamerica.com\/HDDCBM\/hdd-cbm-mud-system.html\">HDD mud recycling system<\/a> and oil drilling solids control system, the design should be compact design and with smaller storage capacity. <a href=\"http:\/\/desanderdesilter.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/06\/160622-CBM-Shale-Shaker.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone  wp-image-538\" src=\"http:\/\/desanderdesilter.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/06\/160622-CBM-Shale-Shaker-300x154.jpg\" alt=\"160622-CBM-Shale-Shaker\" width=\"378\" height=\"194\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>This system is customized design after communication with the client. But the separation cut point should be smaller compared with HDD mud recycling system, normally desilter cone separation point is 15 ~ 20 microns, which is enough and acceptable for Horizontal directional drilling.
