{"id":565,"date":"2016-07-24T05:23:45","date_gmt":"2016-07-24T05:23:45","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/desanderdesilter.com\/?p=565"},"modified":"2016-07-24T05:23:45","modified_gmt":"2016-07-24T05:23:45","slug":"solidification-unit-for-drilling-cuttings-disposal","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/desanderdesilter.com\/index.php\/2016\/07\/24\/solidification-unit-for-drilling-cuttings-disposal\/","title":{"rendered":"Solidification unit for drilling cuttings disposal"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Recently GN delivered a new designed <a href=\"http:\/\/www.gnsolidscontrol.com\/drilling-cuttings-solidification-unit\">solidification unit<\/a> to our domestic client, it has been improved based on the previous design with the bigger storage capacity for solidification agent, flushing system, stronger mixing unit for heavy duty operation.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/desanderdesilter.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/07\/160723-Solidification-unit-2.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-567\" src=\"http:\/\/desanderdesilter.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/07\/160723-Solidification-unit-2-300x161.jpg\" alt=\"160723-Solidification-unit-2\" width=\"300\" height=\"161\" \/><\/a><br \/>\nAccording to the feedback from the client\u2019s rigsite, the storage capacity of chemicals is not big enough for drilling waste with more fluids, so the solidification agent storage box is bigger in the new design, so the new solidification unit could be used for multi drilling waste status- with more fluids content or with less. <a href=\"http:\/\/desanderdesilter.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/07\/160723-Mud-Solidification-Unit.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright size-medium wp-image-566\" src=\"http:\/\/desanderdesilter.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/07\/160723-Mud-Solidification-Unit-300x148.jpg\" alt=\"160723-Mud-Solidification-Unit\" width=\"300\" height=\"148\" \/><\/a><br \/>\nAnother change on the new<a href=\"http:\/\/www.gnsolidsamerica.com\/drilling-cuttings-solidification-unit.html\"> solidification unit <\/a>is the feeding hopper skid, the feeding hopper is much bigger than the previous stabilization unit, we consider the international container shipment cost, the auger could be disassembly during shipment and the whole solidification unit could be shipped by a 40 ft container.<br \/>\nSolidification unit is an economic way for drilling cuttings disposal when the fluids content is not too much, if the environmental laws is permit, but in some countries, solidification unit is not acceptable for environmental laws.
