The client sent their engineer to China for EX works delivery inspection and operation &amp; maintenance training.<br \/>\nThe solids separation system is used to separate the cuttings\/ solids from the mining sludge, then the client can recover the sludge\/ water to save the cost for the client, and the final disposal waste is reduced, so the waste treatment cost could be reduced and saved.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/desanderdesilter.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/05\/2017.05.15-Mining-Slurry-Decanter-Centrifuge.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" wp-image-713\" src=\"http:\/\/desanderdesilter.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/05\/2017.05.15-Mining-Slurry-Decanter-Centrifuge.jpg\" alt=\"cof\" width=\"474\" height=\"253\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>It is a 2 phase separation system including <a href=\"http:\/\/www.gnsolidscontrol.com\/shale-shaker\">shale shaker<\/a> and <a href=\"http:\/\/www.gnsolidscontrol.com\/decanting-centrifuge\">decanter centrifuge<\/a> which are installed on the mud tank. The configuration is as below:<br \/>\n1)High G drying shaker to separate coarse solids from the mining waste sludge, the mesh size of the shaker screen is choosed by the client as per the solids size range in the sludge.<br \/>\n2)VFD<a href=\"http:\/\/www.gnsolidsamerica.es\/Control-de-solidos\/centrifuga-decantadora.html\"> decanter centrifuge<\/a> to separate fine solids from the mining waste water to reduce the solids content, only ultra fine solids remained in the water, the clean water storaged in the mud tank can be reused.<br \/>\nThe moisture of solids discharged from the centrifuge can be adjusted as per the client\u2019s requirement, by adjusting the pond depth adjustment plate, the discharged solids can be dry or wet and the treating capacity also varies accordingly.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/desanderdesilter.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/05\/2017.05.15-Mining-Slurry-Separation.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" wp-image-714\" src=\"http:\/\/desanderdesilter.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/05\/2017.05.15-Mining-Slurry-Separation.jpg\" alt=\"cof\" width=\"491\" height=\"279\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p><!--more-->GNLW453-VFD<a href=\"http:\/\/www.gnsolidsamerica.com\/decanter-centrifuge.html\"> decanter centrifuge<\/a> is a 18 inch diameter bowl centrifuge with big volume, it is an ideal equipment for sludge solids separation and drilling waste cuttings treatment. We can provide VFD control panel with different explosion proof standard as per the industry application. For HDD, water well drilling, mining sludge separation, we will provide non-explosion proof VFD control panel to control the main motor, back drive motor and pump motor.
