Drilling Centrifugal Pump and Shear Pump Shipped to European Client

GN Solids Control is pleased to announce the successful shipment of a complete drilling fluid transfer package to a valued European client. This delivery includes one set of Centrifugal Pump and one set of Shear Pump, both fully inspected and tested before dispatch. These two pump models will be used in the client’s upcoming drilling operations to improve mud transfer and chemical mixing efficiency.
The GN Centrifugal Pump is designed for stable, continuous mud transfer in solids control systems. It is commonly
applied for feeding desanders, desilters, and mixing hoppers. Featuring a heavy-duty mechanical seal, optimized flow passages, and a long-lasting bearing assembly, the pump

ensures reliable performance under demanding field conditions. Many international customers choose GN centrifugal pumps due to their durability, low spare parts cost, and easy maintenance.
The GN Shear Pump plays a critical role in fast hydration of polymers, bentonite, and other drilling additives. By generating strong shear force inside the pump chamber, it breaks down powder clusters and greatly

enhances chemical mixing efficiency. This allows the drilling fluid to reach its required viscosity and gel strength more quickly, improving mud quality while reducing chemical consumption.
Both the Centrifugal Pump and Shear Pump are mounted on compact steel frames for convenient installation and transportation. The European client selected these units based on their proven performance and GN’s reputation for delivering reliable equipment to global oilfield markets. This shipment reflects GN’s continued commitment to high manufacturing standards, quick delivery, and excellent service support.
GN Solids Control will keep providing efficient pumping systems and complete solids control solutions to international drilling contractors and service companies.
