Screw conveyor and vacuum pump can be used to transfer the high solids content material, for example, the drilling cuttings, but the vacuum pump can be also used to transfer high viscosity material like oil sludge, oil contaminated soils, mining tailings, animal waste, dredging slurry, etc.
The screw conveyor has 10 inch, 12 inch, 14 inch, 16 inch, 18 inch diameter for option, each section standard length is 12ft, we have 2 section, 3 section, 4 section with different length. We can provide fixed speed and variable frequency drive screw conveyor for different client. The U type screw conveyor with cover on top to prevent the fluids from spiling.

The sludge vacuum pump is air operation pump without electricity power supply, air compressor is required to provide air supply. We make the air compressor and vacuum pump on the skid for convenient movement. We have 10 m3/h, 20 m3/h and 40m3/h flow rate for option. Centrifugal pump is one of the mud transfer pump produced by GN solids control, all the parts and installation dimension is interchangeable with world famous brand centrifugal pump. The centrifugal pump is widely used to transfer the drilling fluids, drilling waste, animal waste, oil contaminated sludge, dredging slurry, also it can be used as mixing pump, super charging pump.

Screw pump is the ideal feeding pump of the decanter centrifuge, based on the material to be transferred, we will choose different fluids touch parts for the users. We use Germany made Netzsch brand screw pump to promise the reliable performance.

Except for centrifugal pump, the mud transfer pump also includes screw pump, submersible slurry pump, sludge vacuum pump.

The sludge vacuum pump is 100% air operation pump, and do not need the electricity power, it is convenient for the jobsite where the electricity supply is limited. The air compressor is required for the vacuum pump air supply, if required by the client, we can supply the air compressor suitable for the vacuum pump and design the skid mounted package for convenient movement. We have GNSP-40B, GNSP-20B, GNSP-10B vacuum pump with flow rate 40m3/h, 20m3/h, 10m3/h for option with the necessary pipeline connections.

Mud agitator is one of the most important equipments for mud tank, the proper model mud agitator can agitate the drilling mud and prevent it from accumulation in the tank bottom. The tank bottom type mud gun is also required by working together with mud agitator.

Below is drilling waste treatment system made by GN solids control working at CNPC jobsite for oil based drilling cuttings treatment. The purpose to use drilling waste treatment system is to recycle the useful drilling fluids to prepare for new drilling fluids, and reduce the drilling waste to lower the influence for the environment, and lower the waste disposal cost for the client. GN made drilling waste management system has been widely used to treat the oil based drilling waste to many countries in the world.

The technical configuration is as below:
1) Vertical G dryer to separate coarse solids and the fluids will flow to the buffer tank for further treatment, the discharged solids is dry enough to be transported by the truck or for disposal directly. The discharged cuttings are as the photo below. The oil on the cuttings is below 5%, it can meet the regulation for most countries, when the client need oil on the cuttings below 1%, they can use Thermal desorption unit. The drilling waste management system can help the user to save energy before using the TDU, and increase the treatment capacity of the TDU.

2) The screw pump feed the fluids from buffer tank to 14 inch VFD decanter centrifuge to separate more fine solids from the fluids, so the final clean fluids can be reused to prepare for new fluids. The discharged solids is as the photo below.

3) The mud tank with roof for sun proof, rain proof. The centrifuge is installed on the mud tank for storage of the fluids, the screw pump of the centrifuge is also installed on the skid of the mud tank.

This week GN solids control shipped 10 units linear motion shale shaker to India for oil drilling rig. This is the repeat order for the client, they already purchased linear motion shale shaker, mud cleaner, vacuum degasser and complete solids control systems in the past years for oil drilling rig solids control and drilling waste management system.

GNZS703F-HB linear motion shale shaker is the best sold model shale shaker with 3 panel screens. The shaker screen is the composite material shaker screen made by GN solids control. The mud cleaner underflow shale shaker model is same with the shale shaker model. The max G force is up to 7.6 G (adjustable), 2 ea of 2.3 HP Italt Oil brand vibration motor, mechanical adjustment of the deck angle with reliable quality.

The high G drying shale shaker and mud cleaner for offshore is different with the onshore drilling equipments, recently we shipped one batch of offshore project used high G drying shaker and mud cleaner to our clients with customized explosion proof standard vibration motor, starter and with offshore suitable painting. Normally we use Japan Kansai Margin used painting or PPG special painting to prevent the equipments from getting rusty.

This week we shipped several units of linear motion shale shaker and high speed decanter centrifuge shipped to Russia client for their drilling rig solids control system. The grey color is as per client’s requirement, all these equipments can be operated in low temperature area.

Recently one set of 1500HP Drilling Rig Solids Control System Package is almost finished production for India client, this is the repeat order from the same client for customized design.
The features of the shaker tank package:

1) 3 phase cleaning of drilling fluids, shale shaker is the first phase cleaning and the most important cleaning of the drilling fluids, the better separation performance of the shale shaker, the better cleaning of the whole solids control system, if the shale shaker did not work well, the coarse solids will drop into the sand trap and it can not control the solids content effectively, it will influence the cleaning performance of the next step cleaning desander cone and desilter cone, the higher solids content will damage the desander cone and desilter cone very easily and quickly. Also the centrifugal pump will be also easily damaged for the same reason. Desander cone is the second phase cleaning, desilter cone is the third phase cleaning, the cut point is 20 microns. The decanter centrifuge system is an additional requirement as the 4th phase cleaning.

We installed the durable composite material shaker screens for the better separation performance, the effective screen area is 20% larger than steel frame shaker screens, the storage period is up to 5 years, the working life is much more longer than traditional steel frame shaker screens.
