1) 10ea desilter cone installed on top of the double deck shale shaker as 2 phase cleaning equipments, the bottom deck worked as coarse solids shale shaker which is the 1st phase cleaning, the top deck worked as mud cleaner to treat the fluids dropped from the desilter cone to recover more useful drilling fluids and the discharged waste could be drier.
2) The centrifugal pump is 100% interchangeable with Mission Magnum centrifugal pump, the impeller and pump casing material is hard ductile iron alloy for abrasion resistance.

4 phase cleaning HDD mud recycling system to Sinopec

This week GN solids control shipped one unit of 4 phase cleaning HDD mud recycling system to Sinopec. Normally the HDD mud recycling system is with 2 phase cleaning or 3 phase cleaning, this system is customized for 4 phase cleaning.
The system is consist of the parts below:

1) 1 unit of linear motion shale shaker GNZS703F-DZ installed with 3pcs of composite material shaker screens for free, 2 units of Italy Oil brand vibration motors with max G force 7.5G, which is adjustable.
2) 1 unit of linear motion mud cleaner GNZJ703F-1S8N with 500gpm treating capacity with 2 units of centrifugal pumps as feeding pump of desander cone, desilter cone. The underflow shale shaker model is same with the shale shaker GNZS703F, same dimension shaker screens.

3) 1 unit of VFD decanter centrifuge GNLW363C-VFD, with non explosion proof VFD control panel to adjust the frequency to adjust the rotary speed of the centrifuge, it can control the flow rate by adjust the speed. Vertical submersible slurry pump is installed on the mud tank as feeding pump of decanter centrifuge. One set of screw conveyor is installed to transfer the solids from the centrifuge discharge port to waste container. It is an automatically operation system and no need worker to watch for it time and time.
4) 2 mud tanks with same dimension for convenient shipment, the shale shaker and mud cleaner are equipped in a same dimension frame, which can be put on the same trailer for movement.

15m3/h Oil sludge separation system shipped to Europe

This week one unit of containerized 15 m3/h oil sludge separation system to Europe client.
The configuration consists of 5 modulars:

1) Pre- mixing tank: the pre mixing tank is necessary, it will influence the result of the equipments next, like shale shaker tank, decanter centrifuge tank, disc centrifuge tank.
2) Shaker tank: the shale shaker with mud agitator installed on top of the mud tank, heating lines around the tank to increase the oil sludge flowability and increase the decanter centrifuge separation performance.

3) 2 phase separation tank : the 22 inch decanter centrifuge installed on top of the tank, the screw pump installed on the same skid, and the screw conveyor collect the solids from the solids discharge port of the decanter centrifuge and transfer outside the container.

4) 3 phase separation skid :the disc centrifuge installed on the skid, the fluids discharged from the centrifuge fluids port flow to disc centrifuge, the clean oil and water will be pumped to separate oil tank and water tank.
5) Chemical dosing system: the chemical dosing system with 3 mixing tank chemical dosing system, and the coagulation system, each tank with chemical dosing pumps.
The oil sludge separation system is used in cold area, so all of the equipments are installed inside the 40ft container to keep it warm. We also consider the operation convenience for the user.
This is the repeat order from the same client, they bought one unit of 1 m3/h oil sludge separation system several month ago, and satisfied with the result.
Except for oil sludge separation system, GN solids control also provide good quality solids control system, drilling waste management system, we will send the question list to the client to know the project information firstly, then we will design customized system for our clients.

2m3/h oil sludge treatment system ready for delivery

2 sets of oil sludge separation system are finished production in GN solds control, one system with grey silver color is 2 m3/h oil sludge treatment system , the other one is 15 m3/h oil sludge treatment system, which will be released next week.

The 2 m3/h oil sludge treatment system is a trial order for the client, if it works well, the client will repeat order for a bigger one, GN standard and customized oil sludge separation system has been proved the performance.

The technical configuration is as below:
1) Pre-mixing tank
Premixing tank is the necessary part of the oil sludge separation system, the sludge vacuum pump transfer the oil sludge from the waste pit to pre mixing tank for heating, agitating, chemical jetting, without proper premixing, the fluids flowrability will be increased, the separation result will be better.

2) Classification modular, the oil sludge from pre mixing tank will be transferred to V tank bottom which with screw conveyor on the bottom, after classification, the top layer will flow to disc centrifuge, the bottom layer will be washed, chemical jetting and transferred to solids control manular.

3) Solids control modular: it consists of shale shaker and 2 phase decanter centrifuge for liquid solids separation. The clean fluids separated from 2 phase decanter centrifuge will also flow to disc centrifuge modular. Both of the tanks with heating line around for heating the oil sludge and increase the separation efficiency.

4) 3 phase separation skid: this is a back up skid, including gravity type oil water separator, once the disc centrifuge failed to work or during maintenance, the 3 phase separation skid will be work as back up.

Why use GN ViST vacuum shale shaker?
The user already installed solids control system at site, why they should use GN ViST vacuum shale shaker? GN ViST vacuum shale shaker is GN shale shaker with a vacuum suction hopper installed under the last shaker screen. It has a combination function of solids control shale shaker and high G drying shaker, and save the space to install the high G drying shaker, especially for the offshore drilling rig when there is no enough room to install drilling waste management equipments, The ViST vacuum unit solved the problem.

Mud agitator and vacuum pump to China client

This week GN solids control shipped 56 units of mud agitator and 3 units of vacuum pumps shipped to China client. Mud agitator is one of the major equipments for mud tank system, it also works together with mud gun.

There are 2 types mud agitators, horizontal and vertical installed mud agitator. Most of the mud agitator is horizontal type mud agitator for oil and gas drilling mud tank system, there are also 2 types horizontal mud agitator, one is direct connection type mud agitator, the gear box and explosion proof motor is installed directly; the other one is coupling connection type mud agitator, the gear box and explosion proof motor is installed through the coupler on the skid. The mud agitator is installed on the mud tank for agitating the drilling mud and prevent it from silting.

The vacuum pump is used to transfer the drilling cuttings, solids waste, oil sludge, dredging slurry, hazardous waste, oil contaminated soils, etc waste. The vacuum pump is operated by air, no need electricity power. There are automatically operation and manually operation for option, the user need to get the vacuum pump ready before commissioning.
We have 10 m3/h, 20 m3/h, 40m3/h flow rate vacuum pump for option, the user can choose different model vacuum pump based on the required flow rate, the max solids size limit will depends on the pump model. Oil Based Drilling Cuttings Treatment System for CNPC Project

Recently one set of oil based drilling cuttings treatment system is shipped to CNPC project , the technical specs are as below:
1) High G force vertical cuttings dryer: Vertical cuttings dryer is the ideal equipments to separate oil from oil based drilling cuttings, the result is the oil on the cuttings below 5%. The flushing pump for the vertical cuttings dryer is Germany Netzsch brand screw pump, the client can choose to use their own pump if necessary.


2) High speed decanter centrifuge to separate the fine solids from the fluids recovery from the vertical cuttings dryer fluids discharge port. The centrifuge feeding pump is Germany Netzsch brand screw pump for reliable feeding.


3) Catching tank to collect the fluids discharged from vertical cuttings dryer and decanter centrifuge, the tank divided into 2 compartments, each compartment with one mud agitator to prevent the soils from deposition.

Recently GN solids control shipped one set of high configuration solids control system for workover rig to Australia. This is not the first unit mud tank system working in Australia, we have over 30 sets of mud recycling system to Australia, we have experience to manufacture solids control system which can meet the Australia explosion proof and safety standard.


The technical specifications of this solids control system is as below:
1) 2 units of shale shaker installed on the shaker tank for cleaning the drilling fluids, with mud agitator, mud gun, etc accessories, we have 3 panel shale shaker and 4 panel shale shaker for option, all installed composite material shaker screens.
