It eliminates uneven flocculation caused by hand mixing, forming dense, water-permeable sludge flocs before sludge enters the screw press. Accurate chemical dosage control effectively reduces flocculant consumption by 15% to 20%, balancing treatment performance and daily operation expenses for overseas end users.
What stands out for international clients is the package’s modular skid-mounted design. The screw press and dosing unit are pre-assembled and wired in our workshop, enabling fast container shipping and on-site plug-and-play installation, which greatly shortens overseas construction cycles.
