GN Solids Control’s GNLW764A-inch (760 mm) decanter centrifuge has completed full assembly, water running test and factory acceptance inspection, and is fully prepared for shipment to a large‑scale overseas mining project. As GN’s largest‑capacity T‑series dewatering decanter centrifuge, this model is purpose‑built for high‑throughput solid‑liquid separation for mining tailings, quarry slurry, TBM tunnel mud, dredging slurry and industrial wastewater treatment.
Per official product specifications, the GNLW764A features a 760 mm bowl diameter and 3160 mm bowl length, with length‑diameter ratio of 4.2:1. Under 20 % feed solid content, its designed throughput reaches 120 m³/h (528 GPM). It delivers max G‑force up to 2900 G, typical working G‑force 0‑2060 G, and can capture fine particles down to 2‑5 μm. The differential speed ranges 5‑28 RPM, supported by heavy‑duty gearbox with 25000 N·m torque. Main motor options cover 110 / 132 / 160 kW and back‑drive motor 22‑90 kW for flexible site configuration.
The bowl and screw conveyor adopt duplex stainless steel for anti‑corrosion performance. Critical wear‑prone zones including slurry distribution ports, solid discharge outlets and screw blades are protected with tungsten carbide hard overlay, resisting continuous abrasion from hard mineral particles and greatly extending service life for abrasive mining conditions. Different from ordinary industrial centrifuges, GN performs high‑speed dynamic balancing for bowl and screw under actual working rotating speed. All core components are precisely machined on GN’s in‑house high‑end CNC lathes and gantry milling machines, guaranteeing stable round‑the‑clock continuous operation and lowering unplanned downtime. Equipped with full VFD‑PLC‑HMI control system, operators can independently adjust bowl speed and differential speed. The system supports real‑time monitoring for vibration and temperature to adapt variable feed slurry properties, balancing solid cake dryness and clarified liquid quality.
After separation, discharged solid cake can achieve around 30 % moisture content. Clarified water can be recycled onsite for production, cutting freshwater consumption, sludge transportation cost and helping mine operators comply with strict local environmental regulations for tailings storage and wastewater discharge.

GN Solids Control’s core competitive advantage lies in complete in‑house R&D, mechanical processing, assembly and testing capability for decanter centrifuges, with multiple separation‑technology patents. Our full‑range portfolio includes T‑series dewatering, Y‑series separation, C‑series clarifying and LWS three‑phase centrifuges. Besides standalone centrifuges, GN delivers integrated skid‑mounted packages, including PAC/PAM dosing units, mixing tanks, feed pumps and optional ATEX‑certified configurations for hazardous explosive zones.
GN Solids Control equipment has been exported to over 70 countries worldwide for mining, aggregates, oil & gas, trenchless HDD and waste‑recycling industries. We maintain spare‑parts stock and local after‑sales support for major markets, acting as reliable technical partners for global mine operators and EPC contractors. The dispatch of GNLW764A‑VFD marks another important delivery of GN’s large‑capacity heavy‑duty separation solution.
