Three phase decanter centrifuge:
GN only provide 2-phase decanter centrifuge for oilfield applications as drilling, dewatering, waste management, etc. But we also have a requirement on the three phase decanter centrifuge, because some of our projects will need to separate solids, water and oil. If you are good supplier for three phase decanter centrifuge, pls contact with GN solids control. But GN vertical cuttings dryer is also an option for oil recovery in some cases. We provide a solution as below:
Firstly use a vertical cuttings dryer to recovery most of the oil from the waste cuttings, the oil content in the solids is lower than 5%. The recovered oil including some fine solids, GN decanter centrifuge can separate them out and then flow to the further treatment to get clean oil.
