They are strict for the technical specification and performance, documents. The client also need the centrifuge urgently, because of the adequate stock, we can meet the client’s delivery time even though they required so many special certificates.
The decanter centrifuges sold to different markets with different standards and certificates. For example, the decanter centrifuges stocked in Houston with IEC explosion proof certificate electric motor and control panel/ VFD control cabinet, application in class 1 division 1. The VFD control panel is positive pressured with full of stainless steel material. The decanter centrifuge stocked in China with China explosion proof certificate, Ex marks: Ex d II Bt4 Gb for Zone 2 applications. The decanter centrifuge in India with ATEX certificate for class 1 zone 1, and motor and control panel is DGMS approved, the same for the cables and glands, connections.
The centrifuges is used for offshore project, so the lifting frame is DNV certified lifting holes and frame. When it is used for onshore drilling operation, we will use our standard skid design.
