1) Stainless steel material with all the vibration and non vibration components, including shaker deck, vibration beam, shaker screens, shaker deck bottom, etc, which is better for anti corrosion.

The vertical cuttings dryer and decanter centrifuge should be lay on the telescopic skid for better performance and convenient operation. Recently we shipped several units of telescopic skid mounted vertical cuttings dryer and decanter centrifuge to international oilfield service company, they repeat the same order since 2014, and they are satisfied with the equipments performance, quality and our after sales service.

When the vertical G dryer and decanter centrifuge is installed on the mud tank, we will provide simple support frame legs, and the solids discharge trough is also an option if required.
Vertical cuttings dryer is an ideal equipment to treat the oil based drilling cuttings and SOBM, when used for water based drilling cuttings, high G drying shaker can work better and with higher cost performance ratio. The cuttings discharged from vertical cuttings dryer with oil content in the cuttings is below 5%, in some countries, it is permitted to be disposal directly or for landfill. In some other countries, it needs further treatment such as burning, TDU, Biodegradation or injection. The treated fluids will flow to an intermediate tank, then decanter centrifuge feeding pump will transfer the fluids to VFD decanter centrifuge to separate more fine solids from the fluids, the treated fluids will be collected by an centrifuge tank and transfer to active mud tank system for reuse or chemical mixing tank to prepare for new drilling fluids. The drilling waste management system is environmental friendly system to reduce the drilling waste and reduce the harmful to the earth, also can recycle more useful drilling fluids for the customer and save the drilling cost, especially in some countries the zero discharge system is compulsory, otherwise they cannot get permit for drilling project.

Recently we shipped shale shaker and decanter centrifuge to International Environmental Company. They use GN equipments to treat the slurry collected from different recycling company, including metal, glass, silt, sand, plastic etc. By using GN equipment, they succeeded to separate out those valuable info such as metals, glass or silt to resell. The technical configuration is as below：

1）Before feeding to shale shaker, the operator use a crusher to broke all the materials recycled from different place into small size, otherwise the shaker screens will be damaged very quickly, and make it easier transferred by the pump. 4 panel drying shale shaker to separate coarse solids from slurry, the fluids dropped into the mud tank. The centrifugal pump feed the fluids to desander cone and desilter cone.

2) 4 panel mud cleaner to separate the fine solids from fluids, the desander cone separation cut point is 45 microns, the desilter cone separation cut point is 25 microns, the hydrocyclones material is 100% PU material for longer working life. The clean fluids drop into the mud tank, the decanter centrifuge feeding pump transfer the clean fluids to decanter centrifuge for further treatment.
3) GNLW553C-VFD decanter centrifuge with chemical dosing system to separate ultra fine solids up to 1 microns. Since adding the flocculants in the slurry will reduce the treating capacity of decanter centrifuge a lot, to meet the required treating capacity of the project, a big bowl big treating capacity decanter centrifuge should be applied.
The centrifuge discharged solids can be collected by waste bag or waste collection box, if the user want to get much drier solids, press filter can be applied.

The client collect the drilling waste from onshore and offshore rig site and dump the drilling waste together, with both water based mud and oil based mud drilling waste. The operator need one drilling waste management system which can treat both water based mud and oil based mud.

The working principal is as below:
The sludge vacuum pump pick up the drilling waste to the collection hopper of screw conveyor, which will transfer the drilling waste to high G drying shaker and vertical cuttings dryer. If there is no vacuum pump, an auger system to collect all the drilling waste from the rig solids control system is necessary. The cuttings are separated out by high G drying shaker and vertical cuttings dryer and collected by skips, the fluids are dropped into the mud tank, the centrifuge feeding pump transfer the clean fluids to decanter centrifuge to separate the fine solids, the cut point is 2~5 microns. The clean fluids cn be reused for drilling rig and prepare for new fluids. By using proper chemicals, the separation cut point is up to 1 microns, most of the solids can be separated out.

The pitless solution or zero discharge system is consist of solids control system and drilling waste management system, the solids control system is working to reduce the discharged drilling waste, which will be collected by screw conveyor system and transferred to drilling cuttings treatment system. The discharged solids can be collected by waste container for land fill or injection. The whole process is environmental friendly design without needing a waste pit on the ground.

The features of GN high speed decanter centrifuge:

The max speed of the high speed decanter centrifuge can be up to 3900 rpm, the normal operation speed is 3200 rpm. The max G force is up to 3063G, and the normal G force is 2062G. The decanter centrifuge is used to separate low gravity solids from the drilling fluids ( both for water based mud and oil based mud), we have pulley set with middle speed which can be replaced for barite recovery. The client can use VFD decanter centrifuge if they do not want to replace different speed pulley, the VFD control panel can adjust the speed of the decanter centrifuge for both LGS separation and barite recovery.

The dewatering centrifuge should be with bigger size, when the chemical dosing system is applied, the treating capacity of the decanter centrifuge will be reduced a lot. The dewatering centrifuge and chemical dosing system are installed in a closed 20ft container with windows and doors for convenient transportation and operation. It can use for both powder and fluids chemicals. The dewatering centrifuge mechanical separation cut point is 2~ 5microns, by using proper chemicals, the separation cut point is up to 1 microns. Most of the ultra fine solids can be separated out from the TBM slurry and get the clean water, which can be reused for Tunneling boring machine.
The TBM slurry should be treated by desander unit or mud cleaning unit firstly before feeding to dewatering centrifuge to protect the decanter centrifuge and improve the treatment efficiency.

A basic oil sludge treatment system including: vacuum pump, pre-mixing tank modular, coarse solids separation shale shaker modular, chemical dosing system, decanter centrifuge and 3 phase centrifuge separation skid with buffer tanks. The decanter centrifuge and 3 phase separation skid is the most essential components, the other modular in separate skid is to separate the coarse solids as much as possible and reduce the solids content, so that the decanter centrifuge will not be easily damaged because of high solids content, and the oil is easily separated from the solids. When the solids content is below 5%, and the solids size is below 1 microns, it can be freely treated by the disc centrifuge and get the pure oil, water and few solids.

For cheaper price and higher treating capacity, inclined plate clarifier, oil water separator can be utilized when the required performance result is permit, as the discharged solids with too much moisture, and separated water with much suspended mass, the separated oil BSW is also high, by using proper chemicals, the result will be better. The advantages is with cheaper price, higher treating capacity, no electricity power is required, when there is explosive gas involved in the sloop oil , it can be used freely without explosion .

The centrifugal pump #1 feed the slurry from mud pit to desander cone, the discharged solids from desander cone dropped on the shaker screen to recovery more useful fluids, the dry solids are separated out. The centrifugal pump #2 feed the slurry from desander compartment to desilter cone, the separated solids from desilter cone dropped on the shaker screen to recovery drilling fluids, the dry solids are separated. The fluids flow to desilter compartment. The centrifugal pump #3 feed the clean fluids to decanter centrifuge to separate the fine solids and storage in the centrifuge tank.

The high speed decanter centrifuge is widely used to treat drilling fluids, drilling waste, oil sludge, construction slurry, industrial waste water and other sludge. The mini decanter centrifuge is shipped to South America for solids liquid separation project. The function is to separate the ultra fine solids from the waste water, so that most of the fine solids can be separated out to get qualified liquid, which can be disposal directly or sent to third party waste water treatment facility for further treatment.

There are 2 models of mini decanter centrifuge for option, GNLW223D decanter centrifuge is normally used for diamond core drilling waste water treatment to recover water for reuse, also it can be used for mini oil sludge separation unit. GNLW224E-VFD decanter centrifuge can be used to treat waste water with high viscosity and higher density. The models with same bowl diameter 9 inch, but the bowl length is different. GNLW224E-VFD bowl length is 36.4inch, which is much longer than GNLW223D bowl length 26.4 inch, the waste water can stay longer inside the bowl, the discharged solids is much drier for easier disposal, the treated fluids is more clear, if necessary, proper chemical should be used together to increase the treatment capability. The mechanical separation cut point is 2 microns, by adding chemicals, it can treat solids up to 1 microns.

GNLW223D decanter centrifuge max bowl speed is 4500rpm, the typical speed is 3800rpm, gearbox ratio is 35:1, gearbox torch is 500N.M., max G force is 2492G, typical G force is 1777G.
