This week GN solids control shipped 2 units of sludge vacuum pump to UAE client. The transfer rate of these 2 units of vacuum pump are 40m3/h, we also have 20m3/h and 10m3/h vacuum pump which can be made as mobile type. We showed these vacuum pumps at CIPPE 2018, OTC 2018 and other important international oil exhibitions, and got a lot of inquires from our clients. The applications of sludge vacuum pumps including:

After treatment, the oil will be collected by oil tank, it can be sold to the refinery, the water is collected by water tank, then it will go to waste water treatment facility if you need to get drink water or disposal it to the river, also you can collect the water and reused in the system for circulation. The solids is collected by the collection box for landfill or road or construction. If you use proper chemical and treatment process, normally the oil result is BSW <3%, the water result is ppm <50, the oil in the solids is below 2%, it can be accepted by most countries for disposal.

GN solids control is going to ship 4 set of telescopic skid mounted decanter centrifuge and 2 sets of telescopic skid mounted vertical cuttings dryer to Nigeria oilfield service company. They are for 3 sets of drilling cuttings treatment system, the clients just need to put the cuttings collection container under the solids discharge port, or install the screw conveyor to transfer the discharged solids to cuttings collection box then transported by the truck.

Each decanter centrifuge equipped with one screw pump as feeding pump, each vertical cuttings dryer installed one screw pump as flushing pump and installed on the telescopic skid, the telescopic skid can be lowered down during the sea shipment or road transportation, and it can be lifted when operation. Walkway, handrails, stairs are installed as accessories.

Decanter centrifuge and vertical cuttings dryer is the major components in the drilling cuttings treatment system. The normal working principal is that the discharged drilling waste was collected by the screw conveyor and transferred to the vertical cutting dryer inlet port on the top, or use vacuum pump instead to save space, the clean fluids was dropped in the intermediate tank, and the discharged cuttings was collected , the oil remained in the cuttings is below 5%, it can meet the disposal requirement for most countries, if it can not meet the local disposal limit, you need to use further thermal desorption unit. The fluids was feed to the decanter centrifuge to separate fine solids by the screw pump, the cut point is 2~5 microns, the discharged solids is collected by the waste container, and the clean fluids can be re-used by the drilling rig.

HDD mud recycling and mixing unit is one of our main applications, we can provide both standard design mud system or customized mud system for different storage, mixing and recycling requirement.

For standard design mud recycling system, we have 200gpm, 350gpm, 500gpm, 1000gpm treating capacity mud system, with multi function of storage, mixing, recycling. We have economic configuration type desander unit and self contained mud recycling system for option. Economic configuration desander unit is normally used for TBM and piling, without mixing and storage capacity, desander unit is only used for recycling. We have 200gpm, 500 gpm and 1000 gpm desander unit for option with compact design.
The self contained mud recycling system is multi function mud recycling system with storage, mixing and recycling function. GN solids control showed our mobile slurry vacuum pump at CIPPE 2018, and it award favourable comments from clients, the model of the mobile vacuum pump is GNSP-20A, the technical specs are as below:

GN oil sludge treatment system is welcomed at CIPPE 2018 oil exhibition, this system is a testing package so that our clients can ship their oil sludge to us to get the test result, it can help our client to know the result clearly before order, if they are satisfied with the testing data, we will make a customized solution for the client, we have 10m3/h or 20m3/h oil sludge treatment system for option. The client should be responsible to ship back the oil sludge after testing and cover the related cost in the testing.

GN engineer team just back to China from Singapore client’s site, for the commissioning of GN dewatering centrifuge system, the project is to separate big solids from the waste sludge/ water of Tunneling and recover the water, the solids is qualified for landfill or disposal, since the using of water is very expensive for tunneling, the client prefer to reuse it by the dewatering centrifuge unit.

The technical configuration is as below:
VFD decanter centrifuge with feeding pump installed into the 20ft container, together with flocculation system for convenient operation and rain proof, sun proof.
GNLW363C-VFD is the best sold model decanter centrifuge, it can be widely used for dewatering unit, solids control system, drilling waste treatment system, oil sludge separation system and all other industry waste water treatment project. The positive pressurized VFD control panel with self-cooling tube or air conditioner can allow the equipments working in high temperature weather like Middle East.
